As the Bell Rings (United Kingdom) is a Disney Channel short shows full of action and comedy. It is based on the Disney Channel Italy series Quelli dell' Intervallo. It's name is a pun on the show As the World Turns. Each episode is shown from outside a school window of Shakespeare High. Each episode ends with credits while the cast sings "As the Bell Rings". The series was previously known as Break Kids, premiering September 2006, which featured the same characters. Unfortunately, this didn't prove popular, and the show was canceled until 2007 when it returned as As The Bell Rings.
